Hey, I’m Jeni.
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
After nearly two years of debating on rather or not I should start this resource, here we are. Sharing my travel hacks brings me incredible joy. If you were to ask any parent on my son’s soccer team, you will quickly learn that once you get me going on affordable travel, you won’t shut me up. Travel is my passion and I look forward to filling this site up and creating a resource to make travel possible for everyone!
I am a full time working educator, mom, partner and adventurer. My greatest joy in life is traveling with my partner of a decade and our blend of amazing children. I believe that opening my children’s minds and making memories through travel is one of the greatest gifts I can give them. Because I am a teacher with a small side business of marketing for a few local businesses, my budget is minimal. Being frugal with travel and my day to day life is key! If I can do it, so can you!!
My favorite travel is the dirty kind – hiking shoes, hats, bathing suits, hammocks, my trusty Patagonia shorts, scuba gear, and sink laundry strung about. Don’t get me wrong, I am down to hit a city and eat my face off anytime the opportunity presents itself. There is joy to be found everywhere!
We let travel choose us and we fill our open time with as many adventures as we can. Where are we booking our next trip to? Well, I will report back once it all works out. This concept along with saving money, reviews, and packing are a few of the many topics I will be covering.
